Erratic idling

Featured Replies

I've done the sai, n112, n249 delete. I've now got erratic idling, maf's been changed for a Bosch and throttle body reset, But the problem still there. Any suggestions......

Scan the car see if any codes come up

Erratic idle is very often airflow related. As you've simplified I'd be checking your work thoroughly and all breather and charge pipes. As you were routing around near the dipstick I'd focus part of the sec there, particularly dipstick housing itself, lower breather S pipe and crankcase breather Y pipe. Good luck, could be something else but I'd start with that.

I've got a catch can installed,I've checked that and it's ok

Run fuel additive through it and see what happens. My injectors were clogged (i think, still testing).

Did you run a hose down to the 90 degree elbow? Is that ok?
