Go to the Forge website and download the FMIC fitting instructions, nice colour pictures to help.

A search wouild also have gleened the same, but I know it's slower.

When you remove the plugs underneath they have some little pins in the middle, just push them right through and pick them up after.

Have a soft sheet or similar handy to put the bumper on when you remove it.

If you have Xenons and you disconnect the washers, the contents of your washer bottle will wash your feet so have something handy to put it in.

Remember to reconnect the outside temp sensor and the fogs when you put it back on.
