Hi,

    Planning to install a Greddy profec electronic boost controller on my Octy MK1 AUM 1.8 20vt engine. So

here are the questions..

1. Any members who have already this or any links to it?

2. Is it a direct fit?

3. Any changes that needs to be done on the DV end?

lastly

4. Should i go for Greddy or G-force?

googled and found some info, few things yet to be cleared though. Without remap how much can we push from an AUM and how much can the boost be turned up with a K03 that i believe

is standard on the AUM... and lastly will the DV bleed the extra boost or only when it identifies a spike.. a novice trying to find some answers

If your running a standard car i wouldn't bother,

 

Just spend money on a decent map and get a k03s or a k03 hybrid turbo instead

The answer to all your questions is dont bother

I think a remap would be the best bet - does no-one do them there?
