It looks as though the thread which was started and had title similar to " what happened to the main (104 page ) recall thread " has itself now been  "lost ". If true, very strange goings on? Are these Briskoda  pages  heavily censored?

I think the technical term is stripped threads, try a helicoil.

Looks like... VW is doing it's fix...
