New model thoughts-recent purchase

You know nothing of the sort,  you only know i say the Octavia vRS TDI is not quick off the line,

Actually i like a Leon ST 184ps TDI DSG very much & the hatch is pretty good.

I just would not run a Diesel and prefer the Leon ST FR 1.8TSI 180ps DSG.

A nicer drive IMO than the Polo GTI 1.8TSI 192ps DSG.

PS

I have driven Golf GTD's and i know exactly what they are.

70 mph is the same in any car really, and they all just go in towns as fast as the car in front and the one behind and were there are bends out of towns they all go around corners pretty much the same within the NSL's.

It is nice though if the Manufacturer does not just use the cheapest suspension components they think they can get away with & the same with the brakes,

and then they rather spend the few Euros that manufacturing costs with added trim tat and embellishments,

expensive to replace even when it was cheap for them to make. (The Scoutline Fabia coming out will be an example of this in the New Fabias)

Better that they built reliable and safe and give customers VFM and stop penny pinching on the important stuff.
