Can any one suggest me how do I replace / check my car rear wiper motor.

 

It was working last week, later starting and stopping. currently not moving at all. how can I open and check motor?

I was checking other threads. Can some one suggest me - is this the correct process to check as explained in the link - http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/92382-tailgate-trim-removal/

 

If that is correct, I will start opening tailgate trim. can any expert confirm?

Yes, to access the rear wiper motor the trim has to come off, whether it is an estate or a hatch.

 

The rear wiper motors are a well documented weak point on the Octavia.

 

Time for a new one.
