My car does this clicking sound, like something was enabled/disabled, everytime I pass for the first time after start, 40 kph (25 mph). It isn't the sound of auto locking because that happens at 20 kph (~12mph). I can't find anything about this in the car manual nor in the internet.

 

Does your Fabias have this clicking sound too or it's only mine?

Same here. Haven't been able to figure out what it is...

It may be an ABS module self test or similar. Don't worry about it imho.
