precision turbo services

Featured Replies

Hi, Just blown my pd130 turbo on my fabia vrs and am thinking of upgrading to a pd150 gt1749vb, as anyone used precision turbo se4rvices based in birmingham, seem to be really cheap on there remanufactured turbos. thanks steve

Is this the company which has a strong ebay presence and only does exchanges...?

In fact just found a link, think it's these your referring to isn't it?

http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=261801600183&globalID=EBAY-GB&alt=web

I emailed them about a GT1749VB and they wouldn't offer anything without an exchange unit. Also couldn't find any reviews or feedback on the Internet other than on ebay.

Does seem cheap, Garrett PD150 turbo for £250.

Yes and I do think things on ebay which look too good to be true, ALWAYS are lol.

They do have a web site and a work unit, but bit wary if nobody as dealt with them. like you say £250 for a pd150 and £275 for a pd 160

You have said your looking to upgrade though so I'm assuming you won't have a pd150 turbo to exchange? If this is the case this seller will be no good to you.
