Kenwood Sat Nav Registration

Featured Replies

Anyone managed to figure out how to register the Kenwood/Garmin sat nav to activate the traffic subscriptions?

There doesn't seem to be any way to register the device without a USB.

Good question.

Got it registered but now it just says that I've got poor reception everywhere, argh.

or forgot to add the power injector, the ariel on VAG cars tends to required power as it has a small amplifier built into the base, if the installer misses this you can get poor radio reception

Registered ours today, & all good.

Does it cost anything

Nope, just use the link in post 3.

My coverage indicators show quite a low signal bars most of the time. I'm guessing it is simply that and that Traffic Master isnt very strong up North :-)

But it works most of the time, i dont know how effective or up to date it is though.
