Wiring loom connector blocks

Hi all. I've had continuing issues with the driver's side wiring in my 60plate (MY11) Octavia vrs hatch.

I have diagnosed the problem as water ingress into a wiring block under the drivers side door gaitor.

The block in question (chassis side) has been left with 3 of the 6 connecting pins intact, but three broke off into the door wiring loom's connector block.

The door side wiring loom has been replaced (to no avail) so I'd like to do a repair on the chassis-side block.

Could someone please point me in the direction of a parts list/shop where I could buy a replacement connector or relevant repair wires, or know of anyone in the harrogate/leeds area  who would be able to do an inexpensive fix.

Any Help on the matter greatly appreciated, I've added a couple of fairly grainy pictures to show where the problem is, The part number on the block is 1Z0 792 736.
