A few issues

Hi

have the Scout a few weeks now and have a few small issues

1/ -  the two outer bulbs at the rear offside are working intermittently

and when not working the yellow bulb warning light comes on. Generally they won't work when the lights are first switched on

but after say 15 mins if I switch the lights on and off they do work! I see they're separate from the main light unit

and access seems tricky from the boot. Am I better removing the light cluster or do I find someone with small hands?!

Does seem logical that it's a contact issue with the bulbs or else wiring somewhere. All the other lights are working fine.

2/ - battery went flat - (think the car was sitting 4-5 months) so removed and charged up but airbag light constantly on -

is vagcom required for fix?

3/ - have issue with ignition - generally have to put key in twice for full system to activate - ie doesn't immobilise

on first turn of key.

4/ -  Rear parking sensor is constant tone - so don't think that's working - though comes up on the Audience screen

with all the bars showing but doesn't change. If it helps the rear wiper works when reverse gear engaged if it's raining.

High brake light not working.

This car was a Doctor emergency response car with a pile of extra wiring still in it - so may need to get to an Auto electrician
