I've managed to knock my interior mirror off today whilst removing a ladder from the car. Does anyone know how the mirror re-attaches to the mount?

Have a look in the workshop manual, link at the top of the forum.

You may have broken the clips.

Good news, it's not broken and my local skoda service center re-attached it for free (Free coffee as well  )

I think the mirrors are designed to "break-away" in the event something hits them hard enough for safety reasons.

I guess you'd have to hit one pretty hard to break the clips....must confess id have also been non-plussed trying to get that reattached to the screen!
