New Fabia mods

Featured Replies

Expecting new Fabia vRS next week, replacing Octavia vRS, any thoughts on remapping? Star or Jabba, custom or generic, switchable or permanent, should I run car in for few miles first?... so many questions. What should I modify along side the remap?

Well you could use search as this was covered thousand times. It's all about how much money you have and what you want from your car. You should put seat cupra pd160 intake and green cotton panel filter, that's first you should consider before remap.

You can remap whenever you want but i would wait at least 1000 miles. Custom remap will give you some more power and smoother delivery but it costs little more than generic. After that you can put better brakes(312 mm), suspension, clutch, fmic...

List is long it's all up to your wishes and finances.

Remember - the search button is your friend ;)

Personally, I would address the brakes and suspension before remap, but others may disagree.

like said above use the old search button.

My best advice would be do the re-map last, that way you will make the most of it! Also there is 2 possible GB's running for remaps in our "Group Buy" section, it may be worth a look!

I know what its like when your looking for advice it seems doing a search is impossible, if you dont know what to search for!

Try to search for:

PD160 intake

Cupra Intake

Green Panel Filter

Remap

Springs

Lowering

Eibach

312mm brakes

Seat strut brace

Probably missed some off but there should be enough there to get you started, you'l find heaps of info with lots of opinions
