Think its time for me to move on from the roomster love it but a great opportunity has arisen for a different car. Was wondering if people have ever gone to trade in their cars and what they got or would expect for a 15 plate 1.2 86hp tsi with 9k on the clock?

I would take a guess at about £6-6.5k nearer 6 depends what you are trading against

Two weeks ago I got £6.5k for my 63 plate 1.2 tsi SE special edition against a dealer stock Fabia Estate 1.2 110 tsi SE L. Plus about 1k discount, free 3 year servicing and, of course, £500 Skoda deposit contribution and 0% pcp.

If I had chosen another Fabia Estate from national stock it the p/x lwould have dropped to £6k.

Thanks id hope for more for mine then as its a 15 plate. I might try and sell private first to save me some trouble reverting my tweaks. I'm sure another briskodian will enjoy them!!

Was offered 6.7k on my 2014 Feb 1.2 tsi. Not even two years old, £3.2k in 20 months. Forgot that. Spend £299 on Revo re map. Transformed car. Was adequate before, now great.see separate thread
