Skoda £1000 loyalty discount

Featured Replies

Looks like Skoda are following the VW £1000 discount for existing customers. I guess it was always on the cards but nice to get an email today to confirm it.

Ordered a Superb L&K estate 190 on Friday -- the £1000 came as a ( nice ) surprise ! knew nothing about it till salesman put it on the invoice.

I wonder if it applies to deals like one from Simpson Skoda on the Octavia RS230.

Shame its not the dsg version, very tempting!

We Used this offer a couple of weeks ago when trading in our yeti for a Fabia.

Dealer said it was what Skoda were offering as compensation for the depreciation on their cars.

From a legal standing, if you accept this £1000. Does this mean you can no longer take any other legal action for compensation, due to any value loss you "may" have with the emissions scandal.

Depends, Is this for all diesel owners with affected cars or all owners? If it's for all owners including petrol cars then no, you still get any compensation you would have had anyway, if it's just for diesel owners then I don't know.

I wonder If this just a short term offer to boost new sales at this bad time for Vag or will it continue for owners over the next couple of years who remain loyal?

It's a completely separate independent offer. There is no need to trade in an existing car, or for it to be affected.

This is a "Please buy something, our sales have tanked" offer.
