Engine and gearbox, block has different bell housing on auto.

Ecu

Dash panel is different but could keep I guess

Clutch hydraulics

Gear cables

Drive shafts

Bit of work really and you need a donor car for everything

Engine is 75 BHP instead of 100 BHP, it's really not worth it.

 

Better to sell it and buy a manual.

 

Autos fetch better money than manuals anyway because of little old ladies and because they're much rarer.
