Hi guys i lose coolant from the coolant drain tap

I chance it to a new and the problem is going on.

Whats going on?please help.

The drain tap on the radiator?

Yes

They are brittle and rubbish really, they don't like being messed with. I'd just replace the full radiator if you want a proper permanent fix.
