Currently waiting for Skoda assistance to get someone over to our house as the Monte alarm has been going off & isn't responding to either of the remotes!!!

We're supposed to be going to Birmingham tomorrow which we could do in the Audi, but the Monte is locked & blocking it in!!!

Skoda in their infinite wisdom have really helped the situation by deciding that there is no need for key entry!

Not good about the alarm

But was going to say are you 100% positive about the key....all my cars with keyless entry (remotes) with no visible key tend to have a hidden keyway on the passenger side handle.

And had hidden keys inside the fob unit.

Phew.  Hope it was just a random error, but if it does happen again I know what to do.
