Will Fabia Monti Carlo or VRS springs Fit on a TSI 1.2 SE

Featured Replies

Just get some decent coil overs and set it at the height you want.

Bit of a price difference between Eibachs n decent coilovers though?

Yes, but in the OP budget wasn't an issue. Just wanted it to look lower.

Thanks for all the help, think I will source some wheels first, then if not happy with it with those fitted, get the Eibach kit.

On 17s I found the ride on the monte a bit 'crashy' coupled with the stock monte suspension set up, add Eibachs and I think it will be pretty firm and unforgiving but would certainly look better.

Like George said, the monte may give the illusion of being lower because of the kit on the arches, it won't look the same on a standard body.

My personal choice would be to go with 16s and a set of Eibachs but do one at a time to see how the ride changes, springs first perhaps. Again, function might win over style.

May be abit better on Eibach springs?

You can have comfy and firm, but a car the price of a Fabia doesnt get it. Maybe upgrading to decent springs might not make it as bad as a Monte is normally?

Just a thought. I dont know, havent driven on Eibachs.
