yesterday i finaly got my blue volvo t5 injectors installed and my stage 3 map

 

and now the car finaly is going good and feels fast and strong my boost is 1,2bar at minus 20 degrees celsius

 

the things i have done so far is 

 

upgrade turbo that is good for 260hp

 

3" downpipe with 200cell cat

 

2,5" exhaust after the cat 

 

blue volvo t5 injectors bosch number 0280155830

 

stage 3 map produced by adam from the tuning company dalahästar here in sweden in english it means dalahorses

soon i will order a new tip for the turbo 

 

and hopefully buy a better intercooler for the summer 

 

im hoping for 250-260 hp

Replace your dogbone lower engine mount if you haven't already done so!

 

more power = more stress = more movement = less power going to the wheels = more bangs and rattles!

 

I'm curious as to what tyres you run in cold icy county with a powerful front wheel drive car?

 

Are the bosch injectors a direct fit?

have you uprated the fuel pump & FPR?

hey mate okeej i will be looking in to the dogbone  i have not uprated the fuel pump and not the fpr didnt think i had to do that already ??

 

i have sailun ice blaster wst1 tyres on now when its winter  but the car spinns out as soon as the turbo starts to get pressure :P

 

the injectors were a little bit taller then the standard ones  but with 2 longer bolts and spacers inbetween the injectors were a direct fit the fuel rail came up a bit about 1 cm higher then before

I'm not sure what pressure the vrs fuel pump runs at standard, there could be a few more horses waiting.. although you might be pushing it a bit with just front wheel drive, I drove a volvo T5 a few years ago with the 310bhp rica upgrade, and I thought it was a bit too much of a handful.. hard to put power down and keep it going straight even in 3rd/4th gear.

 

I replaced my mount this week with a standard new version, and it drives so much better (poly bushes will be fitted this weekend) it feels a lot more responsive, and a lot smoother through the rev range..although I had a few troubles fitting it!
