Your dealer has them listed in ETKA, the online spare parts catalogue. I have posted a decoded selection elsewhere but they are for the Mk 1 Octavia.

I allready read it, there's a lot of codes missing and but some matched with the version. I'm still waiting for someone with a list for Octavia II. Thanks anyway.
