Featured Replies

Spent half an hour searching all over the internet grrrrr

I'm after the gasket which goes on the turbo outlet pipe (pd150/130)

Drives me mad

Thanks for any help

Mike

The triangle shape one between the turbo and the exhaust downpipe?

no, got that one already.

the rubber/silicone O ring one near/on the outlet pipe ( going towards the intercooler)

this is what I've got so far + oil feed pipe is on the way.

What else is 'essential'. (new oil&filter goes without saying)

I approve of your choice of aftermarket parts, use that part number I gave you to order the turbo seal you seek from a dealer.

fantastic, really appreciate it ;)

Egr valve gasket for blanking plate possibly?

Edit: and clean the turbo intake pipe and replace the air filter so nice clean air is hitting the new turbo.

looked at the engine and front passenger side looks very rusty on the cast iron block (quite oily too)... just near the top end. Is yours rust free?

Rest of the engine bay looks clean.

New nuts for the turbo/manifold are always a good idea. Make it look nice and neat too.
