Hi,

​It has been reported on the news that the pollution levels in London  have passed the recommended safety levels. Oxford street has been mentioned as the worst given that ( as i understand it ) Oxford street is for buses & taxi's only it makes me wonder ---- do such vehicles use Addblue ? if so and the levels are still high it makes one think...................

Germany started having diesel fume problems mid 90's................so this "problem" is old news, just that people are now waking up & smelling the coffee..............

 

I have never owned a diesel as I have always known about the soot etc & to get it clean you have to do so much flue gas washing.............my late step father was a consultant heat transfer engineer who designed such thinks along with power stations etc, we used to have interesting engineering talks...or boring if you don't like that sort of thing..........
