My car hasn't had a wheel alignment since new. 30000 kms on odo now. Does it need a wheel alignment at this mileage? Also, has anyone done a 'normal' wheel alignment on a ACC equipped car without any problems?

Mileage isn't a good indicator, it's quality (or rather lack of) the road surface.

Go over some big potholes, or those rectangular speed bumps and it can affect alignment at quite low miles. If the tyres are wearing unevenly (inside vs outside) then get a realignment.

Tyres can and do wear unevenly anyway, especially on the outside edge at the front. 

Had my alignment done twice after hitting potholes. ACC won't be affected at all, and mine also has Lane Assist, again no issues with that

The MkII had alignment issues, it seems a few MkIII's have suffered the same fate too.

 

Search 'sawtoothing'.

Thank you all ! Just noticed, front left tyre has got extensive wear on outer edges. Going to get an alignment done soon.
