SE sport style package?

Featured Replies

I'm ordering my 16 1.4 tsi se on Friday but I've still not decided whether or not I want the silver sport package.

Unfortunately it's not too clear in the brochure what is actually included in the package!

Does anyone have this package or know what's included?!

The black turini 18" alloys look great, but are v expensive. £600 alone for the wheels so probably best part of £1k with decent tyres.

You can get non skoda black 18" alloys with tyres for more like £600.

Look at the complete wheel tyre packages on mytyres.com

Oh right I have actually seen these but I wasn't sure if it was the right one. I was hoping it would be the same kind of spoiler from the vrs!

thanks for clearing that up though!

And I wanted those alloys but the only ones for the se are 18" golus ones according to the dealership!

The Golus ones are the only ones available factory order, but you can have the Turini as a dealer fit accessory.

Also you can buy all the parts, (spoiler, graphics, mirror caps) from superskoda.com for a lot less than the pack price.

Oh I didn't realise that. Il have to ask about it when I'm in tomorrow then!

I've actually got a few bits from them before for my Fabia, but to be honest, I was hoping for more of a spoiler than that lol! im not sure that package is going to be worth it for me at all.

Plenty of spoilers on Superskoda for the Octavia 3 - http://www.superskoda.com/Skoda/OCTAVIA-III/Rear/

The graphics are on Superskoda for about €70 - http://www.superskoda.com/Skoda/OCTAVIA-III/Octavia-III-Combi-original-Skoda-side-rear-decor-set-SILVER-CARBON

Mirror caps are €45 on there also - http://www.superskoda.com/Skoda/OCTAVIA-III/Octavia-III-RS-BLACK-mirror-shell-replacement-orig-Skoda-Autoas

Have you thought about the Kenwood MIB satnav, its dealer fit for £599. I would have put that on my 0% PCP if they had told me about it! Its a box they fit to the standard Bolero radio to give Sat nav.

Would fitting 3rd party wheels/tyres affect the warranty. Just a thought.

ADENDUM: Wish I was ordering one today. Not much joy from my local dealer ref loyalty or a good discount for cash. Going to go elsewhere this time.

Technically I guess they would affect the warranty. But if you stick to the skoda approved wheel and tyre sizes, I think they would have a hard time proving the wheels/tyres caused a problem...
