hi i was wondering if anyone can help me with my fabia, the instrument cluster clock keeps counting in the minutes section and im not sure what it could be i have disconnected the battery and left it for a couple of minutes and reconnected and it is still doing the same

This came up a few months ago, and I suggested a theory about a pull-up resistor on one of the digital input pins on the clocks circuit board having broken away from the circuit board.  Tried for quite a while to work out which resistor could be the culprit (on a spare 2nd-hand set of clocks) but didn't get anywhere at the time.  I should have another go at it, I think.

No, the immobiliser is contained within so keys and engine control unit need to be coded to it. Also mileage would be different.

ok thankyou very much for your help i shall have a look at the circuit board tomorrow and see if i can see any breaks
