Vrs rear wiper motor fuse?

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I have a 03 octavia vrs and wondered which fuse was for the rear wiper as my fuse box is not the same layout as the one in the owners manual lol

Many thanks

Number 27 I think?

It's same but mirror image... There's no fuse anyway (I think). It's controlled via double relay. It looks like you need a new motor...

Just had a look at 27 and no fuse in it so either doesn't need one or someone removed cos it kept blowing.

Supposed to be 15 amp fuse in it.

I pulled the rear wash fuse on mine as the water ingress short back there put my front wipers on constant one day going to work...head wrecking drive as i couldnt find the fuse card to find right one to remove..

Try to disassemble the wiper unit. Mine didn't work, when I bought the car used. It turned out to be a broken wire connection inside.

There is a bimetal thingy (I guess for controling wiping interval), where the wire connection is spot welded on, it was broken right beside the weld. I found out by coincident, so look carefully.
