I think VWG might have the claim of being the biggest seller of vehicles with Defeat Devices in the world and might be able to claim the record for going the longest undetected.

(Likely to lose that Claim to Fame sometimes soon before they even add it to an advertising campaign.)

 

The quality of Renault Defeat Devices are unlikely to be able to match that of the Volkswagen Group.

*Audi obviously got the superior Defeat Device, or just the customers were charged more to buy it.*
