Is it legal to have the indicators glowing constantly dimly with the side lights?

I have a set up on my XR3i where the front indicators stay illuminated with the side lights and blink for indicators and it's passed two MOTs since i fitted them, i've never had a problem.

I want to do simiar to the rear but have them all red which i think will be dodgy

I've seen a few people have done them on vags around my area. I'd say it's legal because it's not as if they are bright and they still flash when in use :-) just need to know which kit to buy. Can always resort back to standard when mot is due if it doesn't pass this year because of them

I've coded my wife's Touran so that the front indicators are lit permenantly and flash when turning. No issues at MOT time.

You can also code the rear red lights to flash as indicators, although not legal in the UK AFAIK.

I messaged them last night for you and they said the 380 kit for the fabia. Going to get myself one I think. Hope that helps.
