I have a Octavia 2 FL 2012 and the dif is getting noisy, ive been quoted £400 + VAT to replace all the bearings and £200 + VAT to remove and fit it back to the car so I was looking at some gearboxes on eBay as an alternative but I can't find a direct match. My engine is CAYC and LHW gearbox, would and gearbox that comes off a CAYC engine fit (eg.LUB) or would I need a like for like replacement. TIA
