Does anyone know if this would work on my 2014 Octavia Vrs? I need to adjust my headlights.

It is a fake. See ross-tech.com for a real one. It may allow you change some settings but won't do long coding. You can rent a real one on eBay or look at the sub-forum on this site, someone with a genuine one will almost certainly help you out for a small consideration.

My advice on this - avoid.
