The 25-30mm you get from Eibachs is about right. It's not a precise science, especially if your original springs are a bit saggy.

+1, does look quite lower than mine on 30mm h&r's.

Is that what 40mm looks like on a Fabia?! I was set to go to more than 50mm! My Punto was down 110mm on coilovers and it could have gone lower still, i had no idea how big an effect 40mm would have.

Back in my Punto days 50mm was tractor height. Maybe i'll just buy springs and dampers instead of coilovers now...

This is what 40ish mm looks like but I'm on coilovers , no issues with speed bumps.
