Electric window fault

Featured Replies

My drivers side window has developed a fault on my Octy III.

When I hold the button up to close the window as it hits the stop instead of stopping it immediately goes down again. The window can be closed with quick reaction but is there

a simple fix or is it back to the steeler?

My 2014 is in warranty but there is hassle and time expense if it has to go back in.

There should be a calibration sequence detailed in the manual. From past experience - of different cars - put the window down holding the button and keep holding for 10 seconds after fully opening. Then close the window again doing the same and again hold the button for 10 seconds after closing. That should be it.
