Read in Autosport last night that Skoda are dropping in a re-designed lump into the WRC as the drivers are complaining of poor driveability. The mods are to help ease of use and driveability though, not a power increase.

Perhaps it could help get the car into the top ten though after Auriol's 12th last time out.

Didn't Auriol moan about power as well as driveability?

According to C4's coverage last week the Skoda team will use next years WRC to develop the new engine, which means that they are not really going for points and might miss a stage or two...
