Featured Replies

hi guys iam new on here

ok the abs light and traction control light has been on our 2002 fabia for ages we did get the sensors fixed but 3 weeks later it came back on

the mot is soon and it not pass with the lights on the car is fine and there is nothing wrong with the abs its just the sensor again

does the abs light and traction control light have a fuse in the fuse box iam struggling on line to find a fuse box layout diagram

any help would be great

thankyou

No you can't put the light out by pulling a fuse. It's a safety system.

What is the fault code? It might not be just a sensor.

This thread also shows/defines the fuses on top of the battery. Don't think a busted fuse could explain a fault that seems to be intermittent though.

Checking the loom connector to the ABS unit (looking for corrosion), and condition of the loom bunches nearby, might be worthwhile; as the scuttle area seems to drip onto this wiring whenever there's rain.
