Renault Grand Scenic?

Next month I'll will be looking at a few of the above and wondered if anyone has any experience good or bad of them?

Looking at post 2009 models and quite interested in petrol rather than derv. The 1.4 petrol looks a good unit, reading the reviews of course, so what's the rest of the car like? There are a good deal of diesel models on the market, not so many petrol, especially 1.4.

The car isn't for me, for my daughter but I've been tasked yet again with finding the right one for her. Also on the list is the Citroen Picasso C4, not sure about those, any input on those welcome.

Guessing a budget up to £8k or can be stretched a little more.
