Anyone else having issues with the touch screen not working and the system freezing?

If so there is an software update out for this.

It reached my dealer in leeds on Saturday and mines due to be "sorted" this week

I had this on my 63 Tsi Vrs, after two years, numerous software updates and a new media control unit it turned out to be a faulty connector block at the rear of the head unit, dealer only found out after being fobbed off by Skoda Technical and contacting numerous dealers and trying different solutions and so far it seems to be cured!

Did you make any progress with this Ntaylor? Having the same issue at the moment...

It's happened maybe 3 times in 2 months to me.  Unsure why and normally turning car off and then back on fixes it.

Mines a Columbus and I did an update in January and fairly sure it said there would be another update in May

Happends to me also from time to time and as ScoutCJB said turning the car off and back on fixes the issue for the moment. It happends only when it had been raining I figured out..
