hi all

i am trying to put my sub in my furbie vrs and need to put a cable from the boot through the inside of the car into the cd player and then through onto the battery via which hole?

if anyone has done this and has picture it would be sooooooooo helpfull as i am poking and proding away here blind.

i am guessing the air con is the thing in the top right hand side of the engine just above the battery that seems to be making it difficult for me to get at anything

Take the glove box off.

You should see a rubber grommet behind this that leads into the engine bay underneath the plastic cover where the wiper arms are attached through.

Thats the airbox you're talking about. If you go through the grommet behind the glovebox (or drill a fresh hole like I did) You can go either side of that box. I found that going to the wing side was best, avoiding the washer cap, and then I cut a slot in the battery box to allow the fat cable to sit there OK.

i take it taking the glovebox off is relatively easy, just the front off first then look for any screws and take it out. this should be fun me tinks
