How Hard Are The Vrs Wheels To Clean

Featured Replies

I swear by Auto Glym...Yes yes i know it's expensive but it does that trick. Their wheel cleaner is superb, if once you;ve cleaned the wheels a once over with the super resin polish every couple of months and that seems to help stop the brake dust from eating into the alloy.

:drive1:

I use autoglym engine and machine cleaner on my wheels as it's non acidic unlike normal wheel cleaners (saves painted calipers!!)

Ive found it takes me longer to clean a single alloy than the whole car!

Gonna change them as soon as out of the warranty, surely the corners are a design fault?

I use wonderwheels on mine and the calipers are fine. It's the Auto Glym wheel cleaner that takes the paint off your calipers.

I find the brush takes to long. I put mine in a spray bottle. Spray the wheels first wash the car and then the wheels. Gives it enough time so start working on the brake dust.

Oh ****, I'm gonna throw my Autoglym wheel cleaner away if that's the case. I thought they were a name you can trust with all that "Aston Martin, Jaguar use our products" rubbish.

Off to buy some Wonder Wheels now.

Thanks,

Andy
