As painful as it is to do this, our circumstances are looking like they might be changing and we are going to pass the fabia onto someone else.

We bought the car from Simpsons Skoda in Colne with 32k miles on when it was 2 years old, since then we have taken the mileage up to 120k miles, we've even driven all the way to Monaco to watch the f1 from up hear in Lancashire. The car has never let us down and has been serviced regularly with the stamps to prove it.

The EGR valve has been sorted and a smaller gasket fitted, the DMF was replaced a couple of years ago, I have LOTS of paperwork, one latest stuff being 2 of the alloys that have refurbished. It has recently had the console bushes changed again for the uprated versions and has had a new rear shock absorber.

It starts perfectly each time and still pulls like a train. There have never been any turbo issues. All 4 tyres are in good condition with the front ones being less than 6 months old.

It has full leather with no rips and cruise control, I've just fitted a new drivers side wing mirror as some idiot smashed the original one. There is a minor scuff on the rear bumper which you can't really notice.

The car is situated near Lancaster, post code LA2 and is in use everyday so the mileage might increase. We went to go look at some newer skodas last week and the dealer said it was very clean and complemented me on the condition of the car.

It has 10 months MOT.

Bumperty bump. A guy nearly came from Dundee on the weekend but found one more local unfortunately. I'm not around this weekend so I can't show anyone the car until next week after tomorrow.

It was me that was going to be coming down from Dundee but as you said I found one more local (fife). Really not surprised this has sold as it looked a cracking fabia with good spec. Hope it went to a good home
