If you buy a high power LED bulb (4+ Watts real power) with a built-in constant current driver, you probably don't have to change the channels.

I have tested 4 different types and none of them triggered bulb out warning.

I am afraid not on rear. Front one if you take LED front lights than you don't. Check out my video for detail comparison.

Thank you so much sir, I just ordered some these from eBay so I dont know yet.

Yes I saw your video and I am really really disappointed in Skoda Auto, this is 2017 and still no LED indicators. Absolutely unforgiving!
