Auto Perfection Evolve Review

Hi Everyone.

It has been a hectic few months and the cars have been very unloved. So after a trip to Manchester and a good few mies on the dirty and salty Norfolk roads I decided to give the team bus a bit of protection. So after a snow foam with AWFast Foam and wash with G3 body prep it was clear to see that, actually, the car was still being very well protected by the Dodo Juice Supernatural Hybrid Nano that I put on for its winter prep. The G3 body prep, at a pretty strong dilution, is supposed to strip the wax. All it did was rejuvenate the water behaviour of the wax. So on the Evolve went.

It spreads like a dream and the panel pot I purchased will do easily 6 coats on the Superb!! I hardly made a dent in it!

After applying to the whole car I cleared a few bits up and then removed. It is just as easy to remove as it is to apply. And I am impressed with the gloss it gives. A top rate wax for sure and a pleasure to use!!

Great wax from AP and sits well with Intensify, their show wax.

Awesome results there Neil. I really do rate the AP waxes - they are just so easy to use and with amazing results.

 

I know a couple of chaps went to UD this weekend and picked up Evolve with great discount at the show.

 

The beading with Evolve is superb, and after a 2nd coat on the Exeo - i was completely sold on this wax!

Thanks chaps. Out in the sun yesterday, I noticed that the usual wash inflicted marring is dramatically reduced! It seems to fill somewhat as well. A great all-round product.

I still haven't had the weather/opportunity to detail the Tiguan.

 

I have however realised that I am not actually tall enough to wash the car without using a stool.     

 

I used to love having a Fabia because it was a relatively small area of paint to look after.

...so true - back when i had the BMW Mini Cooper S; i think thats when i really went OTT on detailing.

You could run round the Mini twice with Wax / QD in the time it takes to do the .:R36!!!
