Need to update sat nav but no longer have pc, any ways round problem?

And read a book while you wait. It 'can' take a while.

Point taken. Guess all library internet is not equal. When my PC was goosed used my local library and it took about 40mins.

Don't update the Sat nav. Easy.

It doesn't make that much difference. Even if you do find a road layout slightly different to what is displayed on the Sat nav, the chances are the update wouldn't have helped. Anyway, very few layouts change so much that a bit of common sense wouldn't do the trick.
