Rear toe eccentric bushes stuck solid

Featured Replies

Hi. I've just experienced the same problem here. Sprayed all bushes and bolts/nut with plus gas for a few days before alignment but the guy today couldn't budge the rear eccentric bolts as they had seized in the bushes. They've given me a price of around £400 inclusive of replacing the lower arms, bushes, bolts, nut, adjusters with OEM from TPS.

My usual garage says they can do it for less by just doing the bushes and replacing the bolts etc. But I need to supply the parts or at least part numbers as if TPS have already quoted for my reg of car they will just supply the whole lot and not just the bushes etc.

Found a diagram here:

Anyone know part numbers for:

8; 9; 11; 12; 17; 21; 22  all x2. Any other parts I might need for this?

Thanks muchly

Nick.

Thanks - but here lies the problem. Why are there part numbers that are different for the same number item and the thread length seems different too? M12x1.5x82 and M12x82.5 etc?

Thanks for the comprehensive list Octavist. I'll go along to my SKoda dealer or Eurocarparts and get prices.

The bushes i got from eurocarparts have a product code 610441630 they are £5.69 each there is more expensive ones but these were in stock.

They are definitely NOT this part number for a 54 plate Elegance 2.0 TDi. They are about 1.5mm too small. I believe 610441635 is the correct number. HTH.
