Hi Everyone, Just joined with a Yeti 2l tdi 140hp says 4x4 on the back hatch, 2013 MY. I have had a quick look at some of the technical postings all seem very well posted with loads of clear wriiten and picture info. When i have a bit more time I will post some pics of location and the car when I learn how to do this ! not that hot on keyboards anything more than 4 movements brain seizes!!

Owned the car for just a year now had Landrovers and Subaru's before the Yeti, but did own a favorite in 1995 great little car cracking engine easy to service and repair, never let us down.

Anyway buy for now EvoT

I was never happy with the performance of the original brakes. The braking efficiency felt poor, and in wet weather the discs would quickly develop surface rust. When braking in damp or rainy conditions, the noise made it sound like I was driving an old car with worn-out brakes. After 50,000 km, I decided to replace the brakes. I installed Zimmermann discs and pads on the front axle. Braking performance didn't improve noticeably, but the annoying noise in wet weather is finally gone. Now I only

I have always thought my rear suspension a little soft when towing or even with a full tank. I fitted rubber assisters and this has helped hugely but I would like a little more permanent solution. How can I tell if springs such as these - https://www.autodoc.co.uk/lesjofors/9735347 are heavier duty? It does say for towing. Would fitting new shocks (Bilstein B6?) help as well? I suppose crawling under to see what shocks I have, and what springs I have may a good idea anyway? I think the

Hi all, finally got around to getting some new shoes ordered for the girl. I'm getting a set of Hankook Ventus Evo K137 235/45 ZR18 98Y XL put onto the Pegasus alloys. I was considering changing out the locking wheel nut for just a regular nut? Which then prompted the second question, I picked up a set of Alcar 9021 17inch Steelies for Winter Tyres, do I need to run seperate nuts due to the alloy v steel nature? I was looking on autodoc to try and order some nuts as I didn't know how often they

Dear Experts , Can anybody advice me what is the part about i.e side airbag or earthing ? This part is located near seat belt tensioner ( passenger front side on pillar of car,) two images are attached for info, image1 from YouTube shows big connector connecting two wires bit unclear picture, 2nd image is taken from my car shows some kind of adapter (843 ) not sure what it is connecting which is different from 1st image , not sure if any connection has been missed out to it is earthi
