What would you do?

I recently bought a mk5 golf 1.9tdi bxe, got it cheap but it wasn't without its issues. The turbo makes the siren noise, not mega loud but audible all the same. The Octavia II I have still also a bxe had a new turbo 18 months ago, should I take it off? My plan was to sell the Octavia and get a new turbo for the golf but selling it is proving difficult. The Octavia also had a new dmf and clutch in the past 6 months so thinking of taking that back off too. The golf shows no signs of Dmf failure and I'm not sure if taking it off one car and putting on another is wise? I'm also planning on getting the Cambelt done on the golf, another job ID had done already on the Octavia.im pretty sure I know the answer but guessing swapping the water pump is a bad idea?
