Is this oxygen sensor faulty ?

I changed the oxygen sensor 6 months ago with a new one , but it seems this sensor  getting faulty also ? voltage is not stable ...  specified value is 0.9971 , but this is not stable ? Is it ?

I don't think measuring block 31 is the most useful one to be looking at here. You want to find the blocks that look at the individual sensor outputs, not the overall lambda.  I don't know how many sensors your car has, but scroll up the measuring blocks from 31 and I think you'll find one or two that show the output readings of each sensor. I think MB 33 for pre-cat sensor, MB36 for post-cat see here.

 

Edit: Just seen that your video is looong, haven't looked to see whether you looked at these other blocks?

Oxygen sensor error codes are often caused by a vacuum leak somewhere in the air intake tubing. 

Your sensor should give a fluctuating signal if working properly, so make a thorough search for a vacuum leak that can fool the sensors.
