Scrapyard website?

Featured Replies

Hi

Driving back from the hospital after the birth of my daughter this morning (Yay! ),

Daddy clipped a curb and has irreparably knackered the tyre and turned the rim of the 15"Pyxis alloy (kitten, kitten, and more kittens).

A few years ago I found a website where you could type in what you wanted then yards could make offers. Anyone know what that website was please?

Congratulation on your new delivery, try skospares.com.

Breakeryard.co.uk

I can't remember myself now.

Congratulations btw.

Not surprised you had a little prang. I remembr (well I don't really) how tired I was after the wee man was born. I've never quite figured out how long I was awake but it somewhere in the region of 80hrs.

I found a really handy website.

The Wanted and the For Sale section gets you bits you want often at good prices, straight from a Forum member and sometimes even without Delivery Costs.

Hi, sorry for the delay in responding, been a tad busy!

Thanks for the links and what not. The garage local garage has really helped out and sorted out new locking nuts ( the nut on the wheel was knackered), changed the wheel, took the tyre from the spare and used it to replace the punctured one and gave me a new spare. Which was rather nice since the only thing I grumbled to them about was knackering the anti theft lock by over tightening.

And here is the new arrival:
