Steering wheel lock for a Superb

Featured Replies

Has anyone bothered with a steering wheel lock on their Superb and if so....which one? I'm possibly considering one for when I get mine, thank you.

Do they still exist? I last used one on a 1988 Fiesta Popular Plus (950) - I had hoped Car Security had come on a little since then.

My mate had one on his Leon... they cut it off and the car still went.

Dont bother as it will just end up damaging the plastic... plus.. chances are the key will be on your car keys... which they tend to need

Okay, just thought a visual deterrent may be of use.....never actually had one myself, will just stick to the AK47's pointing out of the windows!!!!

My cousin's 5 series was stolen even with a steering lock. That's why I insist on GPS tracking now with all cars.

Maybe not for the spirited drivers amongst us, but telematics insurance serves me great in this regard as I can always track my car (and where it's been) and the premiums are much cheaper!

I would think that it would actually attract more attention to the car.  Haven't seen one in years.
