The oil going in my car tonight. Shall see how it goes. I see no reason why it shouldn't be the same as any other PD oil, from dealers or motor factors.

Shall found out tonight what the actual name is and report back. With oil that cheap I can afford to renew it every 6 or 7 thousand miles.

A fact pointed out to me. Basically something along the lines of, "If you're going to keep a car for a long time the best single thing you can do with it is change the oil very regularly" - same applies to filters I guess too. When the oil is being changed, I'm going to clean the green filter too - Been 6k miles since its last clean. Fuel filter to follow as its on about 13k (original from pd100 days)

Edit: Nope, Denis. Brand new, just from a trade source on an industrial estate - I believe the main brand he stocks is Q8, so it might be Q8 PD oil.
